The same method can also be used to change texts displayed in the WordPress admin area.<\/p>\n<h2>Change Text Using Translation Files<\/h2>\n<p>Plugin texts should be changed through the language files rather than by editing the plugin&#8217;s PHP, JavaScript, or template files directly.<\/p>\n<div class=\"important\">\n<p><strong>Important!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do not edit plugin source files only to change visible text.
