You can use a single base currency or optionally enable additional currencies and convert prices using exchange rates.<\/p>\n<h2>Setting the Base Currency<\/h2>\n<p>Navigate to <mark>&#8216;Settings&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;Car Rental Booking System&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;General&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;Main&#8217;<\/mark> and select the required currency using the <mark>&#8216;Currency&#8217;<\/mark> option.<\/p>\n<p>All price values configured in the plugin are entered in the base currency, and booking form prices are displayed in this currency by default.<\/p>\n<div class=\"tip\">\n<p><strong>Good to Know<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you want to use only one currency, no additional currency or exchange rate configuration is required.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Using Additional Currencies<\/h2>\n<p>To support additional currencies in a booking form, navigate to <mark>&#8216;Car Rental Booking System&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;Booking Forms&#8217;<\/mark>, edit the required form, and go to <mark>&#8216;General&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;Prices&#8217;<\/mark>. Select the required currencies using the <mark>&#8216;Currencies&#8217;<\/mark> option.<\/p>\n<p>Prices in additional currencies are calculated from the base currency using the configured exchange rates.<\/p>\n<h2>Setting Exchange Rates<\/h2>\n<p>Navigate to <mark>&#8216;Settings&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;Car Rental Booking System&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;Exchange rates&#8217;<\/mark> and enter the exchange rate for each additional currency you want to use.<\/p>\n<p>The exchange rate is used as a multiplier of the price in the base currency.<\/p>\n<div class=\"example\">\n<p><strong>Example 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your base currency is USD and the exchange rate for GBP is set to <strong>0.83<\/strong>. A price of 5 USD will be converted to 4.15 GBP: <strong>5 \u00d7 0.83 = 4.15<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"important\">\n<p><strong>Important!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Define an exchange rate for every additional currency you want to use. Without a valid exchange rate, the plugin cannot correctly calculate prices in that currency.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Importing Exchange Rates with Fixer.io<\/h2>\n<p>Exchange rates can be entered manually. Alternatively, you can import them using <a href=\"https:\/\/fixer.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fixer.io<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>After obtaining a Fixer.io API key, navigate to <mark>&#8216;Settings&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;Car Rental Booking System&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;General&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;Main&#8217;<\/mark> and enter it in the <mark>&#8216;Fixer.io API Key&#8217;<\/mark> field.<\/p>\n<p>Then go to <mark>&#8216;Settings&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;Car Rental Booking System&#8217;<\/mark> -> <mark>&#8216;Exchange rates&#8217;<\/mark>, select <mark>&#8216;Fixer.io&#8217;<\/mark> as the provider, and click <mark>&#8216;Import exchange rates&#8217;<\/mark>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"tip\">\n<p><strong>Good to Know<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fixer.io offers different plans with different API limits and features.
