Swimming Course

Our swimming lessons are specially designed to be taught through play with a professional teacher. They are aimed at swimmers from 18 months to 12 years of age, including separate courses for adults to suit their abilities. We provide valuable tips on swimming techniques as well as important information on safety in the water.

Little Swimmers: 18-36 Months

Classes conducted in small groups with adults in the water. The little ones start their adventure in the water with the use of games and activities.

• Water acclimation
• Assisted with adults
• Working on independence

Sea Turtles: 3-4 Years

Classes conducted in small groups, but without the participation of adults in the water. Develop awareness of the aquatic environment in the child when introducing water survival exercises used in later swimming lessons.

• Assisted back floating
• Full submersion from the wall
• Able to separate from the parent

Sharks: 4-12 Years

Water activities extended to 50 minutes. Learning beginner strokes on their backs and fronts.

• Elementary backstroke
• Jump in the water, rollover and float
• Independent of the parent and teacher

Pro Swimmers: 5-12 Years

Mastering your technique in four swimming styles: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Children in this class are constantly on the move.

• Improving the technique
• Learning 4 swimming styles
• Jump into the water, swim underwater and turn

Adults: 16+ Years

Classes for adults tailored to the individual needs of each student. 50 minutes in the water, classes are conducted in small groups.
