Terms of Service for Installation Services

WordPress Theme Installation Service

1. This service covers the installation of a WordPress theme purchased from QuanticaLabs.
2. You must provide valid WordPress administrator credentials. If WordPress is not yet installed, you must provide access to your hosting account or control panel.
3. We will install the theme, all required bundled plugins, and the demo content included with the theme. If WordPress is not installed, we will install it as part of the service.
4. If the theme includes multiple demos or skins, please specify which one you would like installed. Otherwise, the default demo will be used.
5. The installation is normally completed within 48 business hours after receiving all required information and access credentials.
6. This service covers installation only. It does not include theme customization, content editing, design changes, or custom development.
7. Payment must be completed before work begins.

WordPress Plugin Installation Service

1. This service covers the installation of a WordPress plugin purchased from QuanticaLabs.
2. You must provide valid WordPress administrator credentials.
3. We will install the plugin and, where applicable, import the sample or demo data included with the product.
4. The installation is normally completed within 48 business hours after receiving all required information and access credentials.
5. This service covers installation only. It does not include plugin configuration, custom pricing setup, third-party integrations, custom development, or any other customization work.
6. Payment must be completed before work begins.

Refund Policy

1. These refund terms apply only to installation services purchased directly from QuanticaLabs.
2. You may request a refund if:
   1. We fail to deliver the purchased installation service within the stated timeframe due to reasons under our control.
   2. The service delivered differs substantially from what was described on this website.
3. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
4. Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds cannot be provided once the installation has been successfully completed, except in the situations described above.
5. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
