Google Analytics Events: Global Settings

Good to Know

Google Analytics Events is a separate add-on that extends the capabilities of the Chauffeur Taxi Booking System for WordPress plugin. To start using the Google Analytics Events Add-on, ensure that you have Chauffeur Taxi Booking System version 8.1 or higher installed on your WordPress site.

Once the Google Analytics Add-On is installed and activated, a new section will appear in the ‘Settings’ menu under the title ‘Chauffeur Booking System: GA Events’. This section allows you to configure settings related to tracking events in Google Analytics, offering insights into user behavior during the booking process. Below is a detailed description of each available setting.

‘Google Analytics’ Tab

Google Analytics Code

This field allows you to insert your Google Analytics tracking code. If the tracking code is already added to your site through any other method, you can ignore this setting and leave the field empty.

Here, you can specify a custom prefix for your event names. By default, the prefix is chbs_, but you can change it to any value that suits your tracking needs. This helps you organize and analyze events within Google Analytics under the same prefix.
