Installing the Plugin via FTP

You can install the plugin manually using FTP. This method can be useful if your hosting provider limits the size of files that can be uploaded through the WordPress dashboard.

Good to Know

If you purchased the plugin directly from QuanticaLabs, use the plugin ZIP file provided after purchase. If you purchased the plugin on Envato Market, download the ‘Installable WordPress file only’ package from your Downloads page.

  1. Unzip the plugin ZIP file on your computer.
  2. Use an FTP client such as FileZilla to connect to your website’s server. Your FTP login credentials are usually provided by your hosting provider.
  3. Navigate to the wp-content/plugins directory in your WordPress installation.
  4. Upload the extracted plugin folder to the plugins directory.
  5. After the files have finished uploading, log in to your WordPress admin dashboard and navigate to the ‘Plugins’ section.
  6. Find Chauffeur Taxi Booking System for WordPress and click ‘Activate’.
  7. Once activated, you should see the ‘Chauffeur Booking System’ menu in your WordPress dashboard.

Good to Know

After activation, the ‘Chauffeur Booking System’ menu provides access to the main plugin modules and configuration options. Another menu with the same name is available under ‘Settings’ and contains global plugin settings such as base currency, length unit, and date/time format.
