Changing Texts in the Plugin

Sometimes there is a need to change any text in the public part of the plugin, such as a button label, panel label, form field label. For example, you might want to change the label of step #2 of the form: ‘Choose a Vehicle’, or the phrase ‘Choose payment method’ above the payment method buttons, etc.

Utilizing Poedit for Text Editing

The Poedit application comes to the rescue – you can use it to edit the plugin’s language file and change not only any phrase in the public part but also any phrase in the administrative part of the plugin.

Please refer to the topic: Translating the Plugin

Carry out the procedure of translating the selected phrases/words, generate the resulting .po and .mo files, save them under the name consistent with the adopted scheme (details in the above topic) and upload both files to the directory:

{YOUR_WORDPRESS_FOLDER}/wp-content/plugins/chauffeur-booking-system/languages/

Then disable any cache plugins in your WordPress installation or clear the cache in the settings of any caching plugins you’re using. Refresh the page (CTRL+F5) or clear your browser cache if necessary.
