Allow Customers to Cancel Bookings (v8.5)

Starting from version 8.5, you can let your customers cancel their own bookings. This optional feature can be enabled in the plugin settings. When active, a cancellation link is automatically included in the confirmation email. If the customer clicks it, their reservation is immediately cancelled — no admin action required.

You can also:

• Define email addresses of staff to be notified when a cancellation occurs.
• Set a status that prevents cancellation beyond a certain booking stage (e.g., once confirmed).

This gives you full control over when cancellations are allowed, while improving user satisfaction and reducing support load.

Custom Tabs Support (v8.5)

Another feature introduced in version 8.5 is the ability to add custom tabs to your booking form. This opens up new ways to organize content, collect data, or provide additional information.
