If you purchased a QuanticaLabs product through Envato, you can convert it to a QuanticaLabs license. You will receive a new license key, access to the QuanticaLabs licensing system, and an additional 3 months of technical support at no extra cost.
The process is free and requires your Envato Purchase Code and Envato Username.
1. Before You Start
To convert your purchase, you will need:
- your Envato Purchase Code,
- the Envato Username associated with that purchase,
- an email address where you want to receive your new license and account details.
We also recommend updating your QuanticaLabs product to the latest available version before starting the conversion. This ensures that the product includes the current license activation interface required to activate your new license.
2. Open the Purchase Conversion Page
Go to https://support.quanticalabs.com/account/convert_purchase/.
The form requires your Envato Purchase Code, email address, and Envato Username. If you already have a QuanticaLabs Support Forum account, log in first — your email address and Envato Username will then be filled in automatically.
3. Convert Your Envato Purchase
If You Already Have a Support Forum Account
Log in before converting your purchase. Your email address and Envato Username will be filled in automatically, so you only need to enter your Envato Purchase Code and click Convert Purchase.
If you complete the conversion while logged out, your new license will still be recognized automatically the next time you log in.
If You Do Not Have a Support Forum Account
Complete all three fields on the conversion form: your Envato Purchase Code, email address, and Envato Username, then click Convert Purchase.
You can create a Support Forum account later if you need technical support. When creating the account, choose Purchased on QuanticaLabs and use the same email address you entered during the conversion.
4. What Happens After Conversion?
After your Envato purchase has been converted, a new QuanticaLabs Single Site Annual License is generated automatically.
You will receive an email containing:
- your new license key,
- a product download link,
- your Customer Portal login details,
- account and license information.
Your new license key is different from your original Envato Purchase Code. From this point forward, use the new license key to activate the product through the QuanticaLabs licensing system.
5. Activate Your New License
Make sure you are using the latest available version of the product, then open its license section in the WordPress admin area, enter the new license key received after conversion, and activate it. Once activated, the product is connected to your new QuanticaLabs license.
6. Get 3 Extra Months of Technical Support
Every converted Envato purchase receives an additional 3 months of technical support for free.
- If your support has expired, it will be renewed for an additional 3 months.
- If your support is still active, its expiration date will be extended by 3 months.
