Our Products
QuanticaLabs develops and provides WordPress plugins, themes, templates, add-ons, and related digital products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, demonstrations, documentation, and other information published on our website accurately represent the current functionality of our products.
Products may be updated, modified, improved, or discontinued over time. Features, integrations, compatibility, and technical requirements may therefore change between product versions.
Purchases and Licensing
Purchases made directly through the QuanticaLabs website are processed by Freemius, our Merchant of Record and ecommerce licensing platform. Freemius processes payments, invoices, applicable taxes, subscriptions, renewals, and license generation.
Your purchase and use of a product are also subject to the applicable Freemius End User License Agreement (EULA) and other terms presented during checkout. If there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the applicable EULA regarding a product purchase or license, the applicable EULA and licensing terms will govern that matter.
The scope of your license, including the number of websites on which the product may be activated and the duration of updates and support, depends on the license plan selected during purchase.
Annual and Lifetime Licenses
Annual Licenses include product updates and technical support for the period specified at the time of purchase and renew automatically unless automatic renewal is disabled before the renewal date. If an Annual License expires or is not renewed, the installed product may continue to function, but access to future updates and technical support will no longer be available unless the license is renewed.
Lifetime Licenses are one-time purchases and include updates and technical support for the lifetime of the product, subject to the applicable product license and EULA.
Refunds and Subscriptions
Refund eligibility, subscription terms, automatic renewals, cancellations, and related billing conditions are governed by the applicable Freemius End User License Agreement (EULA) and Subscription Policy presented during checkout. Please review these terms before completing your purchase.
Product Updates and Compatibility
We regularly update our products to improve functionality, maintain compatibility, address security issues, and introduce new features. Because WordPress websites may use many different themes, plugins, hosting environments, and third-party services, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every possible configuration or third-party product.
We recommend keeping WordPress, QuanticaLabs products, and other website components up to date and testing significant changes in a staging environment before applying them to a production website.
Technical Support
Technical support is provided through the QuanticaLabs Support Forum for customers whose license includes active support. Support generally covers questions and issues related to the installation, configuration, and functionality of QuanticaLabs products.
Technical support does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party product, custom modification, hosting environment, or external service. Custom development, website configuration, third-party troubleshooting, and other work outside the standard functionality of our products may fall outside the scope of included technical support.
Intellectual Property and Software Licenses
The QuanticaLabs website, branding, documentation, graphics, demonstrations, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Software products may include components distributed under open-source or other third-party licenses. Your rights to use, modify, or distribute such components are governed by the applicable license terms. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict rights granted to you under an applicable open-source license, including the GNU General Public License (GPL), where applicable.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our website, Support Forum, or services to:
