We’re excited to announce the release of Cost Calculator for WordPress version 6.0! This update brings several powerful new features and improvements to enhance your experience. Here’s what’s new:

Stripe Payments Integration

You can now integrate Stripe Payments directly into your forms. This means you can handle both one-time payments and subscriptions with ease and security.

New Payment Options

• Subscription Payments: Choose from daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly recurring periods. Plus, set custom intervals like ‘pay every 2 weeks’.
• Payment Methods: Decide between immediate redirection to the checkout form or sending a payment link via e-mail.

Enhanced Form Customization

• Individual Settings: Customize payment modes, recurring periods, and intervals for each form.
• Dynamic Controls: Allow users to select payment periods and intervals through a dropdown box during form completion.

Set Any Currency

You can now set and manage payments in any currency. Choose the currency for each form to support international transactions easily.

Customizable Email Templates

We’ve added predefined email templates for both clients and admins, which you can edit in the admin area to suit your needs.

New Shortcodes

We’ve introduced new shortcodes to help you customize payment and notification templates:

• For payment templates: [id], [amount], [currency], [mode], [datetime], and more.
• For success/cancel pages: [cost_calculator_checkout_customer_name], [cost_calculator_checkout_amount], and others.
• For subscription cancellation: [cost_calculator_subscription_id], [cost_calculator_subscription_status], and more.

Improved Admin Features

Access detailed payment information, track transactions, and subscription events directly from the admin area. We’ve also added predefined success, cancel, and subscription cancel pages that you can edit.

Example Forms with Payment Integration

We’ve included payment integration in three example calculation forms — Cleaning, Bookkeeping, and Hosting — that you can import and customize.
